This is what I look like. I can only apologise.

About me

Hello, I'm Guy. How are you? (Don't answer out loud, I can't hear you)

Firstly, apologies for the imminent trumpet-blowing, but if you've never heard of me before and are considering hiring me, you'll want to know what I've got that the many other freelance medical copywriters out there might not.

In pharma advertising there are a lot of writers who know their science but can't string a decent sentence together, and there are amazing wordsmiths and creative thinkers who come out in hives at the thought of reviewing data or compiling a reference pack.

I can do both.

So I'm able to understand and interpret a dense scientific journal article, but I can also tell you what the most interesting angle is to leverage and then write some engaging copy about it.

I've got a good strategic brain, knowledge across a wide range of therapy areas, and experience working in a variety of media. I'm also well-versed with regard to the ABPI code of practice.

I work remotely, but don't let that put you off – fibre broadband really is a wonderful thing – and I make myself available for calls and video-chats throughout the day. Oh, and I’ve been at this a while now – for close to 20 years in fact. So don’t worry; I know what I’m doing.

A selection of my wares is on this site, although you might have noticed that most of it is password protected. Send me an email and I can share the password with you.
